Job Description / Responsibility
Must have extensive expertise in PHP, MySQL, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, XML and familiar with XHTML, CSS, div Based (table-less) development.
Must be experienced on shopping cart and auction related projects using Zen cart, Oscommerce and Phpprobid.
Must Have sound knowledge in CodeIgniter or in Zend framework
To work as a team player (Web designing/developer) with existing development team.
Working under pressure in any time (on demand).
Write efficient, elegant code and documentation as per requirement.
Must be capable of developing a project from requirement analysis.
Must be adept of meeting deadline.
Ready to join immediately.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in CSE from any well reputed University. Educational background is relaxed based on work experience.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)
Freshers can apply. But if selected, there will be an agreement for 3 months only. If performance is satisfactory, they will be offered for 1 year agreement.

Additional Job Requirements
Age between 22 to 35 year(s) can apply for the post.
Good understanding and knowledge of object-oriented programming and algorithms.
Must be dedicated and self motivated.
Can code in a team or individual with minimum supervision.
Strong command in English both oral and written.
Must be quick learning capability and positive attitude needed in any kind of new web technology.

Salary Range:
First year: TK.12000 to 20000 ( as a web developer )
Second year: TK.20000 to 35000 ( as a senior web developer )
Third year: Tk 35000 to 50000 ( as a team leader )
